5 Mystery Seeds Grow Spring '10

What strain is it? unknown, but I know they were delicious

Is it Indica, Sativa? unknown

If in Veg... For how long? My seeds broke soil 3-13-10

Indoor or outdoor? Indo nucka

Soil or Hydro? Oragnic gardening in soil

If soil... what is in your mix? FFOF w/ 30% perlite

What size pot? Keg cups for seedlings and will transplant to 3gal growbags

Size of light? Veg box: 4 26w 6500, 2 30w 2700k 11,000 Lumens

Is it aircooled? cpu fan, passive intakes. fan on the seedlings

Temp of Room/cab? 72-74

RH of Room/cab? 74-77

PH of media or res? hovering around 7 or under...atleast thats my color anaylsis

How often are you watering? good watering every other day. spray every day to keep top moist and plants happy

Dooood....I had some mystery seeds and look what it produced. And this camera is Excellent, I was uysing some ceapo vivitar, but got this Kodak easy share m753 and its sooo nice...Goes up to 7 mega pixies

you can kinda see in the second to last pic that i finally came up with names. womens names were too obvious and easy. so my first two sprouts, one was big wide and fat, the other was slim...so now i have a PS1, PS2, PS3, NES, and SNES.

Good looking setup! Your seedlings are coming along nicely it seems.

They seem to be showing a bit of droopage...but they are resilient!
I'm gonna keep an eye on this journal.

BTW have you considered lining your box with mylar?

diemand edge...yeah there is some droopage. i dont think they were getting enough water, so i put water in the bottom of the container holding the cups to soak up through the soil, and they seem to be perking up better since those pics from yesterday. they also seemed to grow a lot more over that period, so hopefully thats all it was. maybe i have too much perlite in the seedling stage. i read a lot on wanting the soil to dry, but is seems to be drying to fast. soil moist or some spaghnum moss??

this lil one always starts its leafs with some purple tones mixed in

the PS2 is sensitive. or maybe needs more water then the rest?

these were just taken before watering, if will take some later in the afternoon and see if they perk up.

I'm j/w, what kind of texture do the drooping leaves have? Are they harsh and brittle to the touch, or just smooth and strong? I remember from my first grow way back when I over watered and under-illuminated. Its very easy to over-think, a problem I'm having with my current grow. I had a similar problem with one of my plants, thinking it really needed more water. I just had to bite my lip and let it be, the plant or the soil will let you know when you really need water. Overall they are growing and look good, so keep up the good work!!!

I second the update! Your grow looks ridiculously close to mine lol. I now (no updated pix) have a piece of wood hanging by speaker wire with my cfls plugged into power strips suspended via twist ties from the wood
