Do you think having a viewing window is essential? If so, do you prefer a small or large viewing window?

Not essential.

The tent is a 5X5 and 6.5 feet if I remember right. I looked through the window I could access when I set the tent up. Once the plants were inside I have not used any windows even once since then.

Having a tent without a window might cost less but then having to keep and pay the expenses of two stockpiles of each tent size might not work either. Though, having windows that I never use can still be a selling point if I wanted to sell the one I do have.
