Advice on lights please for photoperiod and autos

Hi everyone, I am after a bit of advice please, I have 2 different types of lights, I have 2 viperspectra p600's and 6 x generic full spectrum lights (the blue and red type) the p600's are just white.

Currently, I have my photo periods under the p600's, and autos under the spectrums.

would it be better to swap, so when I change from veg to bloom on photoperiods, I can change colours, or does it not matter?
Also with autos, do I need to change the light spectrum from blue to red ?

Thanks for your help.

No difference between autos and photos in terms of spectrum.

Red what to switch - to maximize yield and quality, get your plants to the light saturation point (800-1000µmols/sec) as soon as possible. Most growers don't do that and they're leaving money on the table.

Check out the light levels of the grows in my signature block. You can use those as guidelines.

There's no mention of you using a light meter. It's $35 very well spent.

Cannabis grows differently with lights that put out a lot of blue photons vs lights that put out a lot of red photons (you want blue heaving in veg and red heavy in flower) but first step is to get some idea of how much light you're getting on your plants.
