It's been a while since a grow, any thoughts on this method for Trainwreck autofem?

Once the seeds pop with a good tap root, I put them in an Aerogarden with a CFL light and sponge type seed pods for a week or two and let them establish some good growth and root system. Then transfer to a dedicated hydro system with LED lighting.

I searched for info on Aerogardens and found nothing current. This has worked well in the past, any tweaks, warnings or thoughts on doing things this way?

I have been also researching this because I run DWC and RDWC and I see everyone say to start in the finial pot and not to transplant. I usually germinate then place in rockwoll until roots are starting to show then into there netpots. Im going to order some CKS autos this week and im having a hard time picking a few strains. TrainWreck has been getting good reviews so I think I will be getting some of them for sure. Ill be interested to compare both our methods with the same strain and see what happens
