Any idea what's up with these seedlings?

@FelipeBlu

When I mentioned yesterday that the plants seemed to be doing good. I think I maybe spoke too soon.
I went in to feed them tonight and noticed that some of the lower leaves lower down on at least 3 or 4 of the plants aren't looking too good. They're light green/yellow. Some look like they have some sort nute burn or something similar.
I took bluters advice from last time and instead of removing all the damaged leaves I left them on the plants and took some pics in hopes that it will give a better idea as to what's happening with them.

A lot of growers are confused about brown tips - thinking they have given too high a dose. When in fact, the plant is in early K def. The key is if it’s happening to lower leaves and not new growth.

Early

In addition, general paling is a sign that the plant also needs more N.

It’s okay - you just need to increase the dose a bit. First signs of hunger - good eye!
Thank you.

Any recommendation for how much I should up the feed by ?
The plants are already being fed the recommended amount as per canna's feed chart.
They recommend 4ml per litre for part A and 4ml per litre for part B.

Would it be more beneficial to use more of part A or part B during feeding.

I have some advanced nutrients big bud there and would like to introduce that into the feed if possible while still being able to give them the canna part A/B and terpinator.

It's definitely only been the lower leaves that have went light green/yellow with one or two maybe half way up the plant. Some leaves have been smaller leaves but not new growth, everything else seems to be good.

Thanks again for your help FelipeBlu. I really appreciate you putting the time in to reply and help me through my entire grow.

You’re very welcome. You will find yourself doing the same. It’s like that here.

Okay, sorry about that - I was very high last night. :lot-o-toke:

If you increase everything (Canna A, Canna B and Terpinator) to 3ml/L, this is:

149N
54P
175K
146Ca (getting pretty high)
49Mg

I’m a bit concerned about the high level of Ca - fingers crossed.

Whoa! I replied last night without realizing that we were talking about ml/L. I am firing up the spreadsheet now - hopefully you have held off mixing yet.

Are you currently still at 2.5ml/L each plus 10ml/gal Terpinator?
Yea I haven't mixed any new nutrients at the moment as the plants were fed yesterday.

Currently for the past 2 weeks the plants are on 4ml per litre of canna A and 4ml per litre of B.

Not the official canna feeding chart

The terpinator feeding chart

I normally mix in 20 litre batches

Excellent - I was hoping I didn’t f you up!

So you’re at 4ml/L each. How much Terpinator?

Don't worry I would do a good job of f*****g up the plants on my own lol and I probably will be.

Terpinator the plants received a full dose

I only found the UK feeding chart last night so was going by the label max dose is 30ml per gallon.

I was also reading yesterday that maybe the canna aqua nutrients I have might be better suited as it has its own 2 part feed specifically for both Veg and flower unlike the canna a and b which is the same all the way through veg and flower.

I can post the labels so you can have a look and advise if it would be better to flush the plants and change nutrients.

Yes, I don’t have those in my database. Please also provide volume and net weight.

What you have is probably okay - it’s just that the Ca is about 50ppm more than it needs to be.

So this is the label for the Aqua Flores A and B.
I won't include the labels for the Aqua Vega since it's only for the vegetative stages of growing.

The label does say it is for re-circulating hydroponics but I have read that many people use it with hempy and run to waste.

I think with the canna coco a and b nutrients Ca is higher due to the way the nutrients react in the medium so it needs more of one thing over the other but I don't really understand the science behind it at all lol.

So here is the Aqua Flores labels
Both parts are 5 litre. It does not give a net weight anywhere on the labels.
Is their another way to get this info for you ?
