Anybody seen this before?

I started some bag seed that'd been gifted; some plants look good, have to plant in containers for critter control and using various bag dirt. One plant in the the same barrel is looking great, but this one and a few other starts don't look so healthy - just wondered if anybody has seen anything like this?

I have seen some posts with upward curling leaves like that but I can't remember what the cause was (go figure.) Hope you get it figured out this might help some, its on my favorites list lol.

I suggest you read this How to Ask for Grow Support. You need to provide more information for an accurate diagnosis. Curling leaves can be a sign of any number of problems. You might also read through Problems, Pests & Disease Control - 420 Magazine. This is an invaluable tool for diagnosing problems, it saved my bacon more than once.

Looks to me like the plant has been over watered and is trying to dissipate as much water as possible explaining why the leaves have turned up at the edges like that.

I will try backing off on the water, another plant in the same barrel is twice the size and healthy. There isn't a whole lot more info - it's an outdoor plant. Maybe it needs a bit more warmth as the tomatoes in the yard aren't doing all that well either.

I had the same problem. My plants had too much water. I made sure and put them in direct sun (when the sun finally came out) to help with the problem. Luckly, plants bounced back. Looks like your plant is in the shade. Don't know how much sun it's getting.

Look for Thrips. They make the foliage turn their leaves up like that too.

so what would it be if the leaves are turning down then?! water defficiency?
