Are my plants ready for LED after CFL?

My plants grow under CFL until 4 inches or so and then I switch them to my 180 watt LED. Is this OK? Not sure if my growth is maximized by the timing of this switch from CFL.

Even if that's actual wattage instead of "marketing watts," it won't be as powerful as our sun.

Is this OK?

Seedlings do just fine under sunlight, lol.

Start with the LED higher than you would for more established plants and lower it slowly over the next week or so.

Let the lights get shine down you them Just do as tortured says keep the light @24 inches or above and work her down to 18 over a few week period.
