Auto flower seeds

I have an auto flower, it is in flowering stage under florescent lights on 18 and 6 schedule

My question is do I need to change light to 12 and 12 ?

Or will I be better off with the original light times ?

The auto flowering variety starts to flower whenever the plant is mature enough, regardless of the light cycle.
