Autoflower 4 weeks: too short, help!

I guys my plant have a 4 weeks since she came up the seed, she growing slowly I have a 1x cfl 40w, 2x cfl 20w and led ( I don’t know W). Anyone can help ?

As you are using regular light bulbs how far away are they from plant? As lack of enough light could stunt them like that, think some folks here have had some success with lights like that but think they have to use a lot of them in order to get much of anything out of them.

My soil compost have 50% dirt 30% perlite and 20% vermiculite
My history of feeding is at 2 week a put a 0,5ml of bactohemp from agrobacterias and at 3week I started to put try-pack indoor from biobizz but I put a smaller dose than advisable.
The light have a 30cm from the plant I think...
