I have to be gone for a couple of weeks.

Has anyone used one of these (or similar).
Big Power Automatic Drip Irrigation Kit, Indoor Plants Self Watering System with 0.5-30 Day Interval Programmable Timer, for 15 Potted Plants

Seems like it might be just the ticket.

I have 4 3gal fabric pots and 4 1 gal plastic pots.
Using FFOF soil.
I was thinking of adding 4, ¼ " drip valves to the one gal, for adjustment purpose.

TIA.

Hello @Cannacaps4U2 hope you are well.
From what I understand soil needs to have a wet and dry cycle.
Drip system will defeat.
If you use coco you can use drip system.

This specific pump has two settings.
Duration, and time.

Example: pump for 1 min, every 2 days.
So I could get my wet-dry cycle.
The problem as I see with that is
- you can not tell her how much to drink.
- she will empty the pot on her schedule
- it changes as she grows and is not programmable
- if you do not let the soil dry properly she may get root rot and die
Your system is quite usable in coco coir,my preference as well.
Is coco available to you?

I do drip system in my LOS grows. I use a "BN-Link 7 Day digital programmable timer" and solenoids(HFS 110V AC electric solenoid valve) that I bought on the zon. I use the same timer for my lights. Pretty much fully automated when its dialed in. I would have no problem leaving it for a week maybe two... My soil never dries out all the way either...
