What are the temps at the tops of your plants? What are your humidity reading under the light ? What kind of organic soil ? How much fertilizer? What you exactly are you using for a light ? How far away ?

Your plants are showing stress and/or dificiencies. Unfortunately so far you aren’t in control of either environment or soil. If the temps and humidity aren’t within ranges you will have bad problems. If your light spectrum is not sufficient the plant will show problem. Those light are not designed for growing to my knowledge and are only hitting one spectrum and it’s not the right ones. Might be wrong but that’s why I use the lighting I do. There is a lot going on here I am sorry to say.I don’t have a temp gauge, I used 1 teaspoon in almost a pint of water during my regular watering. I’m using a lamp, and a 1300 lumen flood light. About 2 1/2 feet away

I find that your environment is built around the light, the amount of heat it puts off and if using closed or open vent systems with or eithous CO2. It can get overwhelming fast but you will be much happier with everything by gaining control.
