So I got hold of a Big Bang Fem bean and seeing that flower season started already, I decided to pop it in soil and put it in the Indoor cab.
Here is some info on the Big Bang:
Date place in soil - 01/03/2014
Date Germed - 04/03/2014
Genetics - Skunk x Northern Light x El Nino
Effects
Well-known for its medicinal properties
Relaxing and calming effect, good for pain control and appetite stimulation.
Flowering
Ready at the end of September
(North hemisphere) with a production up to 1000 gr/plant. (Great motivating statement)
Very short, branchy, bushy plant; it grows naturally wider than taller.
I will be vegging her indoor under a 12 - 1 cycle and if flowering should happen then it will be under 10 - 14. I have seen some real good results with that light cycle and now i wanna try it for myself. Cuttings will be taken and kept until season time and the mother plant will be passed on to a buddy or maybe i'll keep it to flower outdoor as a bonus harvest early in the season.
I will upload some pics of the young one as soon as the 1st set of true leafs has formed just to get the appetites going. I will of course use Organic all the way for feeding and soil and if all goes well, then I'll start up a AACT.
So yeah, cant wait to get this going. The pot size for this lady will be a 11 Liter for indoor and a whopping 50 Liter for Outdoor. That size pot is big for me and i already got myself a 65 Liter washing basin that will hold a plant soooooo good. But no, otherwise I will be tempted to take the 150 Liter pots
How far away should the lights be from plants if im gonna use MH and then swith over to HPS ???
