Week 8 day 5 of flower.

New light coming in Thursday! Was looking at a spider farm quantum board or HLG’s boards and mars TS1000 and ended up sticking with the mars line up. Be much nicer for photos and an all around better light. Have enough room for two so might grab another one eventually.

My buddy opened up a shop on the reserve near where I live and I’m now working part time there bud tending lol.

Today I got bored and thought I’m gonna look through all these jars and big bags for seeds at the bottom. Found some nice ones but a lot of not so mature seeds, still this is just looking for a few!
Lemon kush is one of our 5 on sale strains and $5 a gram. Beautiful looking bud for that price, 100 for an ounce and we were all surprised by it. Black kush is another great looking strain in the shop, hoping to find myself a shit load of seeds to collect and grow out!

My new light came in a day early, decided to try her out. Gonna make picture time a lot easier.

So this is the Mars TS 1000, I turned it on to test it in my kitchen this afternoon and it’s plenty Bright! So far not making my room any hotter since I’ve got a proper fan taking all my hot air up to outside. Excited to start a new grow!

Can’t wait to harvest and hopefully before next flower cycle I can get some cobs to throw in my old light and make a super strong diy grow light.

That plant looks great!

Making me want to keep my old light that grew this plant lol. I plan on keeping it but swapping out the board and getting some cob cree lights. Saw a great tutorial on the ol poo tube

Took a sample bud tonight as I’ve been flushing for over two weeks now. Just one of the ones that Lower down and not getting as much light.

Ended up doing a chop on it late last night. She’s been flushed for two weeks and a few days.

See how much weight she had once the bamboo stakes were pulled out and no longer supporting buds.

Last two pics are of all branches and buds. Will follow up after she’s dried up, I’ll do a weight before buds are put into jars for curing! I don’t particularly care about weight of branches and leaves. Only thing that matter to me it the final weight!

Super excited to get her dried and curing. Got myself the humidity bags so I can do it properly.

Next I’m going to probably run skittles and GG #4 clones. Humming and hawing about dwc but really considering doing an experiment with fox farms organic soil. Maybe two plants of each with fox farms and two with my General hydro lineup of nutrients and additives.

Sorry for the delayed update! 2.50 ounces weighed dry and a few branches I’ve been to lazy to trim. But she is completed and she is great for quality, however the Mars 480 watt reflector series light will not get you big buds.

So as always I’ve got enough to smoke for a minute lol. Give to friends to try etc.

All results so far are that it’s strong af! And that really makes me feel all warm and cozy.
