Whats up again gromies! Decided to pick out a couple of strains to put in a journal. They are over a month old from seed already so they arnt freshly germinated but these are next up in one of my tents which will be in a few weeks. The strains im going to share will probably go in tent number one. I picked these ones because they have some of the same genetics in them. They are new and i bred these myself. So this one should be a fun grow for sure so, lets get into it.
Startin off on this one lets go through my veg setup for now. ill post the flower stuff when they are gettin ready to go in the tent.
The veg setup:
GROW TENT - 5X5 Vivosun
EXHAUST FAN - super cheap vivosun i have hooked up to tent no.1 which has a 6 in hurricane hooked up to my window. As for lightleak into my flower tent from veg tent it doesnt have any because of the way i have the ducting setup to keep light from gettin in.
LIGHTS - Spectrum King MLH140, HLG QB135 Kit, Viparspectra P1500 set to 75% intensity. I could have gotten away with buying one big veg light but over the years ive just picked up lights so i put them to use.
POT AND TRAYS - I use solo cups for starting everything from seeds to clones no rapid rooters or rockwool cubs! just straight to the cups. Now i let my seedlings show sex in the solo cups first after that they get transplanted into 1 or 2 liter pots. I let the roots from the clones fill out the cup fully if they are drinking to the point i need to feed them twice a day its time to transplant even if they havent showed sex. They are set on a 4x4 botanicare ebb n flow tray.
MEDIUM AND NUTRIENTS - i use pure coco no specific company just whatever my hydro shop has at the time. During this run I'm using ATAMI B'Cuzz pure coco which is really nice coco and only 16$ a bag.
The nutrients im using are Floraflex with a powder Silica by Perfect grower nutrients and epsom salt PH to 5.7 at 740 ppm
CLONER SETUP - I have been using a Oxycloner and a Turbocloner i personally like the turbocloner but thats because i learned with aero style cloners. I can never keep temps down in the dwc style so i always ended up getting a bad return rate. So back to aero!
So Strains! well I named them in the title already but i'll tell you how many and post a couple pics
x3 Orange Shandy
x3 Martian Breath
Orangeade by Symbiotic Genetics x Apple Pie by Alien Genetics = Orange Shandy
Starfighter F3 x Orange Shandy = Martian Breath
Now the starfighter f3 i got from a buddy and he said he bought a pack from some breeder named Fancey seeds so im not entirely sure if its true to its name but thats what i was told it was.

They look droopy because they are about to go to sleep but on the left are the 3 Orange Shandy and on the right are the 3 Martian Breath
Alright well ill post more as the grow keeps going, so thats it for now. Feel free jump in, should be an interesting run.
