Hi guys I'm in week 9 of flower I believe I'm about 1 week away from flushing I've just noticed today Browning of leaves on my top buds that were not there yesterday.... I do have webs from spider mite infstation but I'm wondering if this is bud rot... Should I harvest early to stop the spread?? Nor sure what I should do. Hope the pictures show enough my phone isn't the best

Is the bud inside look like it’s rotted and brown it’s hard to tell for me ? Maybe some normal lighting for pics ?
If bud rot I would cut the affected area or that branch affected or axe her and harvest cut lost bud rot can spread fast

Actually, the rot would continue even when you harvest...it is a fungus on your plant...you need to physically remove it by hand. It sucks, but happens to the best of us. Were your RH levels high? It spreads quickly in a confined space so check all your other plants. You can treat the affected buds with a hydrogen peroxide wash (search that here) and if the other plants are affected you can foliar spray them with similar.

search "bud wash" and also try "hydrogen peroxide"...
