what do i look for after a cal mag issue, watered them with cal mag so how long does it take to see improvement, and where should i look.

They damage they have is done, it won’t ever recover. Just watch to make sure the signs of deficiency have stopped spreading. Watch the new growth as well for signs that they have the calcium and magnesium they need.
