How early do you start using Cal-Mag

How early can I introduce Cal-mag to young seedlings. As I am using FF Coco-loco like my last indoor grow and had a deficiency that the Cal-mag rapidly corrected, I am assuming I will go to a "tap water Cal-mag " regime some time soon, just wondering how early I can do it or should I just wait for symptoms first? I just started germing today for some "Tangerine Dream", and "Blueberry" Auto's. Thanks for your time as always friends!

I start Cal/mag at week two or three of veg growth about when plants hit node 3 or 4. 1/4 strength to start and work up every other week. If I water three times a week I have Cal/Mag in two of them feedings.
