Does anyone recognize this little guy? He has lots of friends causing me grief.

I`m in NorCal and those things are everywhere, mine look like yours.. They ate the shit out of my ChemJacks, messed with the VaderOG a little, and didnt touch my MendoBerry at all.. I tried to identify them and a known and natural predator to eat them, no success..

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE will someone who KNOWS how to prevent these FU**ING things and if not how to get rid of them before they ruin another crop of my buds. Believe me neem oil doesn't work at all for me. I need something to use and will leave the buds safe for human consumption.
