Yeah I'm doing 2 inch foam insulation all the way around then applying Mylar around the room. I also am thinking about building a divider as well so I can have a veg and bloom room.

Might I suggest a grow tent? Lots of growers prefere to DIY but it's so much easier to control temps humidity odour and light. Not too expensive these days either.

My advice is to grow them out to 5 or 6 nodes at least before you do anything.

What are your plans for training these plants?

Yeah they are on the 18 hours light. I won't touch them for awhile. I'll keep the pictures and updates going. .
