Cotyledons Dying Before True Leaves

I know it is difficult to tell in the pictures, but my seedlings don't look as well as others in the past! These are Big Bang Auto seeds. They practically germinated and popped up in a day and a half. Since then, of my four plants, they are all doing the same thing. Their first leaves are not opening and on the ones that had the shriveled up almost immediately. One of them's still appears to have the mucous membrane of the seed still around it and the last time I tried to remove something I pulled the seedling up from the dirt. I gently replanted it, do you think this one will survive? What about the rest of them? Thank you in advance! This is my third grow and I'm still new and appreciate any input I can get!

I'm using two parts Fox Farms ocean forest soil and one part perlite. I spray them every 12 hours and my temps are between 68 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Thank you for your response!

Also, they're 18 inches under a 600w LED Mars Hydro. Not certain the true wattage but this light has taken me from germ to Harvest, twice before with no problems.

Ok thank you!!! Do you think the one will survive that was pulled up? One itty-bitty tiny seedling was pulled up from its rapid Rooter so I carefully planted it in the dirt with the long Taproot facing down. The two inner leaves don't look the greatest. What do you think?

Oh and I screw in a 120 Watt bulb oh, not too close to the plants, and my temps are up to 79 degrees now thank you

Wait and see...they are stronger than you think ;)

My other current grow. A 4 by 4 tent with for Northern Lights Auto, well into flower and running out of room. It's not like I don't know what I'm doing. I guess every grow is a new learning experience!

I've dropped a few solo cups with seedlings in them-(clumsy old fart) scooped them up off the floor, put everything back in the cup,and it bothered me way more than it bothered them-
As long as you don't break the taproot off, they'll be fine.

Really?!! Thank you so much for saying this!!! I have been irritated since yesterday and minutes are crawling like hours. All four of my seedlings look awful. One still has the casing on it and last time I tried to pull it off I pulled it up out of the rapid Rooter so I can't do that again and it remains stuck and two tiny leaves stuck together.
