Curling leaves upward hydro setup

If any1 can help me figure this out i wud greatly appreciate it idk if its cuz thy have 2 much water or 2 often or if its cuz of the nute like 2 much r sumthn idk if any1 can hel me figure out y they r curling up like this i wud greatly appreciate it thank you

This 1 as well idk wats goin on mayb its 2 much light im runing a 250w and a 400w hps flowering lights on a 12/12 schedule

The new growth on this plant is still droopy I'm wars go in on I'm payn attention 2 the ph more closely but it's still looks sick any1 tht can help me figure this problem out I wud greatly appreciate it

this one is the tiny one n the leaves r really bad it has me worried cuz how small it is n it being a hydro setup idk how exactly I shud go about checkn the roots but I dnt think it has outgrown its pot or has root rot but if sum1 cud tell me how 2 check it jus so I know how that wud b greatly appreciated thank you
