Hi all here's the info to date,So I eventually finished grow room loft build , not a cheap method I have to say as insulation very expensive but in my case absolutely necessary as stated earlier on my thread 'cold climate eg. Scotland '.Total build involving a plumber and electrition 150 pounds and me the joiner 'free' lol well about 3 days work of time spent on it all in, and materials about 450 pounds so about 600 pounds for that,next is gadgets and planting materials, biodegradable seedling pots, 4 x 200mm pots,jumbo windowsill propagator ,16 inch oscillating fan,PH pen, mini oil heater, canna pro soil 50 litres , perlite 10 litres and other stuff about 150 pounds, 6 inch AC Infinity inline exhaust fan great piece of kit 'SUPER SILENT' 211 pounds and 6 inch AC Infinity carbon filter 177 pounds, and a 600w hps gull wing reflector light 'one very hot mamma' so just over a 1100 pounds to get started. And insulated my loft.
