Any tips on building a box that will be sufficient to keep light out? 24inch tall and wide enough for Aerogarden7.

Hell yeah! That's what I'm talking bout!
You can even get it with the shiny backing which works well for reflectivity...
Made mine with 2"...just cut hole where you want ventilation.
