Do I still LST bend the main stem on a plant I've topped?

Hey guys ... I'm doing some LST after i have just topped the plant and i see a lot of people bending the main stem and spiraling it around the pot ... Do you still do this if you have topped the plant ... or do you just bend all your mini cola's around the pot to make sure they sit at the same height and fill all the spaces ? or can you just do either?

The point of LST is to keep the mains below the other growth so I'd go with yes, train away! You can keep the mains low until the rest catch up and then let them all grow up together.

Out of curiosity, is it a photo or auto?

it's all good i have been talking to another grower and he sent me to a really good guide on scrog'ing and I worked out what i have to do
