Sorry for the silly question but I have no clue. They have been in flower stage for 3 weeks but no buds. But my other plants are budding.
Do these look like males or females

They appear to be female (or hermi), and they are trying to tell you that they require more light than they are currently receiving.
That plant does look like a skinny male. Can you get a pic at the node where buds or balls grow.Sorry for the silly question but I have no clue. They have been in flower stage for 3 weeks but no buds. But my other plants are budding.

plants are like people some mature faster than others. The last male I had was bigger and grew faster than that others.
Sorry but me eyes are old and the pics are not definitive enough. And yes a better pic please.

I see little hairs which is usually a sign of a female plant ( no balls). But she is so lanky and slim. If a plant is long and slim it usually means she is looking for more light energy. Are her sisters in that room similar in shape , tall and thin.
Or do they look normal. What do you have for light and how far away is it.

Ya they are all like that. I have 2 lights in tbere now that are 1000 watts but I just bought a new one today. They are like almost 2 feet away from the light.

I think I do see some budding, the start of budding, but better get answers from more experienced growers
Try moving your lights closer to your girls. The 1000 w i assume are L.E.D.
do you know the make and model number I can do a little research on it.
What is the new light you jes bought.
Do you have good air circulation do you know temps and rh.

That’s a 1000w “equivalent”. It’s actually 110 watts, and should be a lot closer to your plants.These are the lights I have. I’d say I have good air circulation.
Use a Lux meter to get them the exact correct distance. In your future grows, that should start the day they pop up, and they won’t be so tall and lanky.
True draw is only 110 watts which is ok for seedlings but to flower a girl you will need a better light. Sorry.These are the lights I have. I’d say I have good air circulation.

IF LED lights they can grow as close as 3" and be fine. You can train them away from the lamps if they keep stretching.
I see females and they are Sativa - what strain is that?
Put all your lights in the flower room. If you have 3 100ish watt lamps = 300plus watts should be good enough. The plants can get pretty close no problems.
