Anyone know what is wrong with this leaf? Other leaves on the plant are turning brown randomly and dying and twisting. Thought it was a nutrient problem, but this looks like something else.

My eyesight isn't what it used to be, but it looks like signs of an impending runaway bug infestation to me (if not one already in progress). Have you looked at the undersides of (undisturbed) leaves? You might find some "dots" there, too.
