Durban Poison problems

I am a seasoned grower. Recently I purchased Durban Poison seeds. I attempted to germinate 3 seeds, 2 of which sprouted.
The seeds were then put in Rapid Rooter, then after the seeds developed leaves, it was placed in a hydro setup.

Both plants were extremely slow growers, with one finally dying. I now have one left and it is not hardly growing. I need some advice!

The hydro nutes are from General hydroponics.

I germinated other strain at the same time, and they are now 10 Times the size on the Durban Poison.

Questions

Is this strain adverse to hydro?
Have I just gotten bad seeds?
Has anyone out there actually grown this species?

Why did it die? Or why do u think it did

It just never got going past the early 4 leaf stage, after 2 weeks it just died. The surviving plant is still very small as well. I think it is just bad seeds. I phoned and talked a lady at Cropking, and she basically blew me off, and suggested I post here.

Normally seedlings in hydro grow very quickly, the other plants in the tent (Pineapple Express) are about 10 time the size of the DP.
