Fan leaf damage

After checking on my kids today I noticed that one fan leaf had been completely torn off one plant and a leaf on another was attached but slit in the middle should I be worried or will they be ok and is there anything I should do?

How strong is the air from your oscillating fan? Too strong of air flow can damage leaves.

The fan is currently on the lowest setting but it's still blowing kinda strong and i do have cats so i bought a rubbermaid container to protect them so we'll see if that solves the problem or if it is the fan thanks for the help guys. Also I've began to notice yellow lines on a few of the leaves is this a ph problem?
