empty bottles , just mist the inside , drill a little hole or two and bobs your tea pot

it looks far too warm , also a natural light picture would be good , just need to nurse that baby back to good health
did you water it much , some times they curl up when they are soaked

No i waited until the soil was dry about to my first knuckle and then watered until a 20-30% runoff.

too much water , you should just mist around the shoot , dont water like you would water a bigger plant , just enough to keep her damp , let her find water , her roots will start heading south in search of water , remember just a little light mist , no ned for run off at all
