First grow input welcomed

So this is my first grow tent. All I've done in the past has been a cheap cfl from that had to be cut short because I had to move. Im 3 weeks in with my first beauty being a bag seed we're (my wife and I) calling her Sheila. She is under a 600w MH light with a air cooled reflector with the ballast dimmed to 400w. Temp in the grow tent tends to stay btween 72F-79F with the RH at 39%-55%. Medium I'm using is soil. On top of her I have 2 seedlings from premium genetics thanks to the single seed center. I was able to get 6 different strains, along with 5 free surprise fem seeds, 4 free fem girl scout cookies seeds, and all of that for spending a certain amount of money and paying offline. Well I'll admit I didn't have as much luck with my first 3 germination attempts with the seeds from the seed bank. I won't even name the strains I lost (Rip). I have a saying that goes if you can't see a silver lining make one. I now know a sure way to germinate seeds and a list of things of what not to do when germinating. How my first attempt with the bag seed was a success I'll never know. Acapulco gold, and surprise#1 (Delilah's revenge) are 4 days in soil after germinating for 36 hours with the paper towel method. Here are pictures of my tent so far. Sheila is also trained asf because I'm doing a scrog grow for her. Feel free to comment or criticize me I welcome any opportunity to learn.

Now Sheila is a side project I started while I waited for my bank seeds. I had my tent, light, and soil so I was anxious to do something with them. If you order seeds over seas you know the wait I'm talking about. She has been my guinea pig for disaster. I have accidentally dropped her on top of herself at the tender age of 6 days. I immediately replanted her in her cup, and she was thankful enough to forgive me and thrive. It has not gotten any better for my poor Sheila. My inexperience and lack of patience caused me to over water and for lack of a better word drowned her almost. Research!!!!! Research!!!!! Research!!!!! During this and my last grow research had been my only friend. I don't actively take advise or input from anyone directly, but boy do I read other people's mistakes and triumphs like a Bible. That being said after I saved Sheila from well, me lol I decided she wasn't done suffering. Sheila's growth has not been stunt by any of my friends experiments and I've done a scrog before. That led me to have the courage to try an idea I've had of training a seedling for scrog at the age of when the first 7 finger leaves come out. I so far have clipped the 1, 3, 5, and first 7 finger leaves off. Gradually hold down the stem to the soil with paper clips to reveal the main stem and it's new side stems will soon find themselves growing horizontal like the main cola.

Welcome. I've not seen a plant bent over into the soil like that before.

Welcome. I've not seen a plant bent over into the soil like that before.
Thank you.
Honestly neither have I but I have seen it outside in nature. I live in an area where weather is a big problem and well plants and trees fall over and break all the time. They heal themselves to the point I had a palm tree that was so young that the winds of a small storm broke it's stem. After months of me being lazy and not wanting to pick up my failed attempt to better my yard. I noticed that the palm's
Top was growing straight to the sun and the the entire plant that was touching light was completely healthy. The stem healed it's self into the ground and the top made it up 2 feet before I actually got tired of seeing it (2 years later) lmao. I just now took that palm out while Sheila was recovering from the fall, and that's when I got the idea.

correct me if I'm wrong but I see a difference in a couple of hours of exposing the stem a little more the little babies got bigger in my eyes lol I'm about to water her tonight and post a picture of the growth tomorrow thank you for reading have a great rest of your weekend.

You should start a journal on this. If you need help, there’s links in my signature below. Or maybe report it and see if you can get it moved.
Theres a link in backlipsides thread to start a journal and there's much love for everyone and anything weed related here with many many members helping along the way

Read locate and click on the links I have in my signature below my posts. Yes we have a great community of members here! You will be surprised at the amount of people that will follow along on your journal as well. Is this your first time growing like this? It’s very interesting. I sort of did that with a couple older plants of mine but not nearly as aggressive.
