First time grow in a 4x4 I have a Mars hydro ts600 and a toad 1200w, 10 random bag seeds I’ve collected over the year 100% germination all looking great about 30 days from seed planted in 3 gallon pots with a fox farm ocean forest. Any tips would be great

Looking decent but one tip would be to FILL pots with soil.
Especially when in such a tiny pot.
And while they look healthy they are growing pretty slow.
At 30 days they should be considerably larger.
So something is off, usually a healthy looking plant thats just growing slowly is something like your temperature is too cold, roots are cold, something like that.
As a reference this is my current grow at day 31 and this is average growth nothing particularly quick.
