First time grow need help

I have a couple spots turning up on my leaves. It's a hydro setup running 4 AI, 4 white widow, and 4 raspberry cough. The specs:
8'x4' tent
2 400 watt MH
6.1 - 6.4 pH
1300 ppm ( I think, I have to calibrate meter)
30% rh

The spots started to show up after I bump the nutes up in week 2. I'm running Advanced 3 part pH perfect at 3/4 strength. I was thinking nute burn but wasn't sure someone told me it could be rust? Not sure what that is. If anyone is willing to help I would appreciate it.

Looks like nutrient burn or a pH problem to me.

Try less nutrient 1300 ppm for so small plant.Like around 800 think will be good.
