First watering of seedling advice

This is going to be my first watering of the newly transplanted 2 week old seedlings
Their in Solo cups and almost completely dry.
Emilya beautiful write up on watering is for plants in 3 gallon
pots and more.
Can anyone give me a brief lesson on not drowning my two babies.
I just lost 2 plants to that mistake.

They were Germinated in Jiffy Pods and moved 3 days ago.
Into Solo cups.
Drainage holes a plenty.
BTW their in FF Happy Frog soil.
PH 6.5

They are small for 2 weeks...wondering if your lighting is sufficient?

If they were mine and in solo cup I would just add about 6oz until runoff every 3-4 days as needed. Try to water towards the rim of the cup versus just at the roots.

Sorry really 9 days old.
They have 260 watts of CFL on them.
And those photos are from 4 days ago.
I can and plan on adding more lights especially because the Northern Lights is an Auto.
The other marked UNK was found in a bag of topsoil from an notable Nameless Cali. Company.
So IDK what it is.
