fox farm Big Grow question?

okay i just got a quart ea. of FF Big Grow && FF Tiger Bloom nutes

i have 2 clones that have been veggin for about 1 week. so wanna feed them

my question is. i have heard that u start with 1/4 strength but others say add
2teaspoons to a gallon.

what do i do for my first feedin.

if it is 1/4 strength then whats amount equals 1/4

Yes, I consider full strength GB to be 2 teaspoons.

So, I mix 1/2 teaspoon per gallon for 1/4 strength and work my way up from there. When switching to 12/12, I ease off of GB and ease into TB.

By the 4th week of 12/12, you'll probably need to add back in some GB for a couple of feedings, so as to have enough N to get you through 'til the end of the flowering cycle.

i got impatient so i added 2 tsp to a gallon and gave each pot 1/2 gal.

u think this would cause a nute burn??? should i just add another half gal. of water to each pot?

if you aren't sure follow bottle directions and still dilute more with water under feeding won't kill your plants

Yes all new growers at one point or another love their plants a little too much

Always start at 1/4 of what the bottles says and work up.

Fox Farm's Grow Big has a bunch of different suggestions on the bottle. From 1tsp every watering to 4 tsp every two weeks. That can be kinda confusing...

I suggest following the pdf files located on Fox Farm's website, working you way up a little slower than they recommend. They have tables for both soil and hydro.
