Ahh sea weed extract? Depending on what else is in there you may be cool on having a wee dose for em. Have a look at yournsoil though if it says something like food for however many weeks on it id prpbably leave it for now.

If you can get hold of some mycorrizhae (think i spelt it right lol) that would be my personal go to to get roots kicked off

Oh sweet. I wasnt sure about the soil. Thought maybe it would hold too much water but ya girls look happy and sounds like youve used it before so ignore me lol. But i would leave the nutes alone atleast for a week or 2 see how they fair

Mate I'm scared shitless about these little girls I'm guessing and just been reading as much as I can and listening to everything that I get told
All I'm going to give them is water for a few weeks
There my last seeds and it takes a few weeks to get here so I really don't want to fck up

Like i said bruva they look happy from where im sitting. Slight little curling of leaf edges so you could possibly do with clicking the lights up a couple notches.
I was slightly wary of ya soil but as i said they look good just make sure you dont overwater ya girls. Theres a good thread here about the proper way to water a potted plant by someone called Emilya. Not on great terms with her but she knows her shit so im willing to endorse that thread lol

Had to go away for work FOR 2 weeks and it got very hot and over watered but on the mend now
2 weeks under lights no nutrients

dont water too much in that soil , i think its one of them soils that contains slow release nutes ,
