Growing with coco coir

I note that there is disagreement on how to water plants when they are growing in coco coir. Any suggestions from someone with personal experience please share.

Check out LEDRF journal and videos, Myself I water once a day about first 2-3 weeks then 2 times a day after. Been growing this way for 2 years, Have some that could probably use 3 times a day. Check out my journal in my signature below.

I've been growing in coco for years. I start is 18 oz. solo cups, then 80 oz. containers, then 2 gallon buckets - I water each plant with 1/2 gallon of nutrient solution every day for plants with established roots.
