Growing with HPS

If so what's the soil pH? Start there usally decencies are caused by pH not always but that's where you start substrate is the rhioshere or root zone not the water you water with depending on inputs the pH has a tendency to go low

This was the loft grow right? how is this going?
Cause my grow is going South fast in the heat.. when the light comes on it's well outside ideal range.

The up front costs of LED are almost three times the cost of a HID system.

And the traditional way to grow is veg with Metal Halide and flower with High Pressure Sodium.

A 600w system with both bulbs and parabolic reflector is $250 Cdn !

Room looks spectacular mate I might have to set up the old HPS again. Ive got another tent to use but i cant fork out the scratch for another quality LED at the minute

I couldn't even consider a loft grow in the summer, the attic fan comes on now when it's only 65 degrees outside, in the full summer sun it's well over 120 degees up there, the AC bill would break me, even with LED's!!

I hit 136 degrees this week in mine, no chance it would be a worthwile location!
