Heat plz help!

i live in the deep south. the heat is really on down here,i have an outdoor grow, how often do i need to water??? also someone told me that plants stop growing at 90 degrees or above, so most of the growing takes plkace at night,is this correct.....

I feel you. It is sooooo hot! It hit 100 here by 11 am... Jeeze. Good thing we have a pool. My suggestion would be not to water during the day. The water will just evaporate out of the soil or burn your plant. Water in the evening when the sun has started to set and there's a good shadow on your plants. That way it will have all night to soak in some goodness. ;-)
EDIT: I would water every evening.
