This is about week 4 of veg and my plants are starting to look deformed . I’m using dyna nutes . What could it be ? Tried to use recharge/water to help but it’s been 72 hrs and still no change other than getting worse .

I like trying to figure out plant problems, because I know I may have them again.
With limited info, my guess is probably going to be way off. Light or temp could be a factor.
Ph? Soil or hydro? Rate of nute or ppm, frequency of water?
