Help please, disease? Or overwatering? Or nutrient deficiency?

Hey guys i need help, what could be going on with my babys? All plants have little yellow spots everywhere and some leave tips are burnt looking, and some new leaves are looking deformed, and then some are starting to taco, what can i do to fix this? Please help

Yes, all signs point to these being overwatered, but lets examine your methods to see if that is the case. How often do you water? How much do you give when you do water? What do you use to determine that it is time to water?
