wedding cake and green crack

Temperature :21-30 C

Humidity:45-75 %

Water Temperature:19-23 C

Before getting sick:

ph 5.6-6.0

ppm:350

After :

ph:5.9

ppm:75

I have already adjusted ppm, and cut off the burnt parts of the leaves. But the tips of the older leaves continue to turn yellow, but the new ones look fine (although growing very slow..) What is going on?! What have I done wrong... please help! :’(

Welcome to 420magazine my friend.
Those girls are hungry. Why are you feeding at 50 ppm ?
Start giving her proper nutrients at 5.8 ph and she will green up for you.
Bill

I would love to do that. But that’s not possible in my area :(
Hmmm that's a pain. No way at all you can get anything delivered? If it's impossible then I guess you'll need to look into a more complete DIY mix.

Thanks! I was feeding at 350ppm before then they got sick and start turning yellow so I figured they were nutrient burnt so I start lowering the ppm.
I have no idea why your nutrient solution is so weak. I would fix that... and I bet you will be cool.
should I really make it strong again? I’m so scared they will keep burning :’(

I think they are starving too.
Do they have appropriate levels of Mg and Nitrogen?
Leaf green is weak.

Also be sure to give the plants microminerals, they are needed in minimum quantities, but essential for strong growing and plant health.
Thanks for the reply! Yes they were given appropriate Mg and nitrogen and micro minerals before they got sick. But not anymore after their tips turn yellow.

I like general hydroponics stuff( I know I know) but it’s everywhere and it works... and it’s easy, just make sure you get all the components.... I found a guy not using the flora micro yesterday.....lol. Was like hey bro,,, that’s a 3 part nutrient and you have two parts of it.... lol.

I suggest finding a journal that you like and copy it. Just make sure they know what they’re doing.... there’s tons of great growers of all kinds on here that grow in all kinds of stuff. Some even pour diluted pee on their plants on purpose. I wouldn’t do that, but the ones that do, like it. Lol

Hahaha I guess the pee is for the N.
Yup I have looked up a a lot of the journals before starting my own.

And I have just mixed and added new nutrient. At 220ppm, PH5.9. Crossing my fingers.
