Brand new grower and curious what is happening here

She me have been accidentally fed extra nutrients while she's still suckling on her dicots. Don't worry, if you flush it out with bottled water 3x grow pot volume and let it aerate quickly, she will recover.

Haven't added anything to soil, another plant is fine and has same soil, I have another in hydro drip setup with nutrients and has similar look, tips are not showing burn thou

The soil could be a bit hot for this single plant. Flush.... Another option is maybe you got a bit of water droplets on the leaf and this is burning?
