Help, what's wrong with my girl?

got it all set up.. im wondering... should i put them under y 600w light already? i will wait for roots to dangle to put them in the big buckets, but i could put them under the strong light already... its under a 50w light right now..

don't put them under any strong lights until they start to grow again , it will stress them even more

quick question.. if my plant does recover.. she seems to be happier, perkier already.. do i cut off the burned leaf?

heeey.. she os doing soo much better, some dark green new leaves, i think she is ready for the big lights.. willbe doing that later today. i appreciate all the help that i got!!

so... nute stain or root rot?
i went to change my reservouir water and nutes today and saw this.. didnt even think to look before since my plants are looking great. now im worried i have root rot, decided to ask here before taking any action because i thought my plant was damping off before and turned out to be the nutrient that stained the stem.. i just grabbed the plant and ran the roots in some water and most of it came off. can someone help me trying to diagnose this?

water temps at 26C about 78F. no signs on leaves or stem, no bad smell, the roots acctually smell like the nutes.. the roots are not easly tearing.. i ran my finger through them, pulling a little, none broke off.... all my plants have similar stain at the same spot, which are right at the water level.

fourth is the nutrinet bottle (top crop) we can't find a variety of nutes in brazil, this is what i could get
fifth is a pic of all the plants and all of them have the same type of characteristics on the roots!
