Help with lighting

So I own a few Mars-Hydro lights already....I purchased a HLG Red Spec 550 but had to return it as it was broken during shipment. I veg in a 3x3 but I flower in a 5x8. I already own the TS-3000 from Mars. I want to see a cheaper option besides the HLG. Contacted Budget as well. My questions...should I veg under the TS-3000 or put that in flower? I also own a SP-250 and 2 TSL-2000's as well. Should the new light I want be my new flowering light? Many questions though...

TS3000 is big for 3x3 veg room. one TS1000 is enough for 3x3 veg room. You can use one TS3000, one SP250 and 2 TSL2000 in your 5x8 flower room.

I have the TS-1000. So move that into my 3x3 tent for veg? I can then move the 3000 to the left side of my 5x8 and then run 1 SP-250 and my other TSL-2000 for the other side?

right, TS1000 for 3x3 veg room. TS3000, SP250 and 2 TSL2000 for 5x8 flower room. I suggest you put the SP250 horizontally
