Waited for them to dry out fully and watered, now one has a brown spot on the top of its main leaf. No change otherwise

Did you mean the tip of leaf? And are you talking about one of the true leaves or one of the cotyledon leaves?

I do not see a brown spot developing on the tips or anywhere else on the true leaves in Friday's photo. There is some fading starting to show up on the cotyledons but many would consider that to be normal.

Will have to wait and see what the others are thinking and if they have any suggestions.

IMHO, the roots on that plant are not good, it looks like it got overwatered, and now the roots are damaged and not taking up nutrients well. Keep watering to a minimum, they need time and mostly dry to recover. The brown tip on the leaf is propably from too much water.

You could try watering in some mycorrhizae (Root Roids, etc.).

In my experience the seedling did become greener and recovered.
