im using alien auto pot system 22ltr fabric pots using canna pro coco coir. 2 400w hps. 5 plants. my question is about pot sizing. starting seeds off in root riot cubes then was going to 1ltr pot into 8 into my 22 ltr? is this what people would recommend? im doing 4 in coco and one in soil to see what difference results I get always been a soil grower. and help would be great thanks.

No, But use Hempy. Was a soil guy till recently and that was always my schedule
