Holes and deformities? No sign of any pests

Wondering if anyone could give me any insight into what’s happening here. I’m unsure if it’s genetic, a light issue or nutrient problem. Small holes that seem to be in the leaf margins as well as some shoots that have deformities and larger holes. Mostly at the top, a few at mid level.

I’ve continually used my microscope that goes up to 40x and have seen absolutely no signs of any pests. I’ve had thrips, mites, etc before so I know what to look for as well.

To give as much info as I can..

2 plants indoor in a 2x4 tent.

Medium is coco in 3 gallon smart pots (Royal Gold Tupur - which is coco fiber, aged forest materials, perlite, basalt)

My light is the 250 watt Series 2+ Red Spec LED from BudgetLED and it’s dimmed to about 80%. It’s right at 16-18” above the canopy.

My temps run steady at 75-77°F and my humidity runs a bit low at around high 40s/low 50s.

I’ve mostly watered them from a 15 gal reservoir with drip stakes handwatering every 3-4 days to make sure everything gets saturated.

Watering schedule:

I watered twice a day for first 5 weeks and for the last week I’ve increased to 3 times a day with the Lucas formula modified for coco (H3ad’s formula) mixed into RO water. I water around 1/2 gallon each time (10-20% runoff).

0.5ml/gal Stout MSA (mono silicic acid)

0.5ml/gal CalMag (2% N, 3.5% Ca, 1% Mg, 0.1% Iron)

0.5 grams Epsom salt

6ml/gal GH FloraMicro

9ml/gal GH FloraBloom

I ph to 5.7-5.9 - mostly right at 5.8

EC 0.9 to 1.0 and 650-750ppm

Nutrient PPM profile according to CannaStats
N 101
P 64
K 113
Mg 58
Ca 102
S 46

I'm in soil, and not sure what you have going on but I'd guess its a nutrient/water issue not a bug issue, and I anticipate those yellowing spots will turn to rust looking spots soon. The reason I say that is because your yellowing is what my yellowing looked like to before it turned to:
