There are a lot of way to grow indoor on a budget... heres How I did it with spending less then $60 on the grow room set up and keep my light bill low while still growing up to 30 indoor plants...

I use FoxFarm soil and nutrients, CFL bulbs, power cords and timer from home depot. Fan from AMVETS ($2.00)

I recommend just posting the video links in one post, bro more efficient.

I say get way more CFL's and get them way closer to your plants. You could be harvesting much more than that with just those two simple fixes.

Also you don't just feed the Grow Big by itself do you? Be sure you're using the Big Bloom along with it. If you're looking for simple 2-parts go for Botanicare's Pure Blend series or GO Biothrive.

I understand you're working on a budget however, you could do somethings to get a bigger harvest without really affecting your budget.
