I think there's some time lapsed videos of it on the Tube. I remember a few growers on here doing it a while back. @InTheShed probably knows the journal link. Seems he knows where to find everything.

I'll have to get to this thread on Monday because I've spent the last 48 hours harvesting and trimming, but I can tell you that even Light Addict didn't think that back building increased harvest weight. It was used to increase bag appeal.
