The twisting and curling of the leaves and those random yellow spots/streaks,would lead me to think PH
what is your PH
Also looks like you have spider mite damage

As Highpotanoose mentioned, more info would be helpful. I also noticed what looks like pest damage (probably spider mites). It could be a pH issue, as there are many spots with it (or that's what it looks like). I'd take care of the pests and make sure your pH is in range.

Yeah looks like you got spider mites or thrips. Id say probably thrips from the shape of the bite

Should be fine for a 250w MH.

The burn type thing on the leaf could be a heat spot caused by the reflector design.
